These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TekkBuzz ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"). By accessing the TekkBuzz website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Each person may hold only one TekkBuzz account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by matching name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TekkBuzz staff or other players.

TekkBuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against TekkBuzz.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

If your TekkBuzz account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

You may also close your TekkBuzz account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days.
